- Provide a list of qualified vendor referrals to meet your criteria
- Up to 8 hours of coverage on your Wedding Day
- Customized ceremony and reception design
- Review contracts with Vendors and make confirmation calls the week(s) before your wedding
• Coverage on your Wedding Day
- Arrive two hours prior to the ceremony
- Assist bride and bridal party pre-ceremony (Bridal Emergency Kit)

Monitor all Vendor arrival times and set up
- Directing the ceremony & reception
- Place finishing touches on your reception
- Organizing your floral bouquets, corsages & pinning of bout's for bridal party & family
- Organizing your Favors, Programs, Menu's & Placecards
- Organizing your personal items and left over florals/favors/etc. for the assigned person taking them to your home or other location. If staying within the reception we will assist in getting the itemsto your hotel room.
